Waiting for the patient with an ambulance (after coordination with the referring clinic or receiving instructions the insurance company) |

Hospitalization; If the medical assessment requires it, the patient will be provided with a medical escort and hospitalized in reputable clinics.
In all cases, the patient will receive assistance from the time a phone call confirmation or referral is received. If necessary, the patient can be monitored 24 hours a day, and undergo medical treatment until the patient´s departure from the country for medical follow up at home.
In the case the case of insured patients, medical reports will be sent to the insurance companies in order they can monitor the patient’s progress. Reports will contain detailed information of the examinations and tests undertaken during the patient’s stay. |

Whilst in Peru, the tourist will be provided with telephone numbers of attending medical staff. Assistance will be provided, in the tourist’s native language, how to contact staff, online or through social networks.
There is close liaison between us and the patient’s insurance company to provide information, such as; flight postponements and details of the provision of transport from the moment of discharge from hospital to the time of arrival at the hotel or airport.
The “Fit to Fly” document for the airline is provided at the moment of discharge from the clinic or hospital. |
